CADERNO CADERNO

Privacy Policy

Effective date: January 31, 2026

CADERNO ("the App") is developed by santanadeveloper. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.

1. Data Storage

All your notes — text and voice — are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs across your devices via Apple's CloudKit. We do not operate our own servers or databases that store your content.

2. Voice-to-Text & Text-to-Voice

Conversions between text and voice are performed on-device using Apple's built-in speech recognition and speech synthesis frameworks. No audio data is sent to external servers for processing.

3. No Accounts Required

CADERNO does not require you to create an account. There is no login, no email collection, and no personal profile stored by us.

4. Crash Reporting

We use Sentry for anonymous crash reporting to improve app stability. Crash reports contain technical information about the error (device model, OS version, stack trace) but no personal data, note content, or identifiable information. Sentry's privacy policy is available at sentry.io/privacy.

5. No Tracking or Analytics

CADERNO does not include any analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking tools. We do not track your usage patterns, screen views, or behavior within the App.

6. Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not process, store, or have access to your payment information. Apple's privacy practices are described at apple.com/privacy.

7. Children's Privacy

CADERNO does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The App does not require any personal information to function.

8. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device and in your personal iCloud account, you have full control over your data at all times. You can delete any note, or delete the App entirely to remove all local data. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored content.

9. Third-Party Services

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

11. Contact
