Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CADERNO ("the App"), developed by santanadeveloper. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

CADERNO is an iOS notes application that allows you to create text notes, record voice notes, and convert between text and voice formats. Notes are stored locally and optionally synced via iCloud.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Subscription purchases require you to be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

3. Subscriptions & Pricing

CADERNO offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial, a paid subscription is required:

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all notes and recordings you create within CADERNO. We do not claim any rights over your content. Your data remains on your device and your personal iCloud account.

We strive to keep CADERNO available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may release updates that change features, fix bugs, or adjust pricing. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

7. Limitation of Liability

CADERNO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, santanadeveloper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss.

We recommend keeping regular backups of important notes through iCloud or other means.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled within the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using CADERNO at any time by deleting the App. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App if these Terms are violated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through the App or our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
