By downloading, installing, or using CADERNO ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. CADERNO is developed and operated by santanadeveloper.
CADERNO is a note-taking application for iPhone that allows you to:
CADERNO offers a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No payment is required to start the trial.
After the trial period, continued access requires an active subscription:
Subscriptions are processed and billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled through your Apple ID settings (Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions).
We use RevenueCat to manage and verify subscription status. RevenueCat processes anonymous subscription data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to all features until then. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their Report a Problem page.
You retain full ownership of all content you create within CADERNO, including text notes and voice recordings. We do not claim any rights over your content.
Your notes are stored locally on your device and, if enabled, in your private iCloud account. We do not have access to your content and cannot view, read, or listen to your notes.
You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content. While iCloud sync provides redundancy, we recommend keeping important notes backed up independently.

CADERNO, its name, logo, visual design, and all related assets are the intellectual property of santanadeveloper. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to use our branding or intellectual property.
We strive to keep CADERNO available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may release updates, modify features, or temporarily suspend the service for maintenance without prior notice.
Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
CADERNO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, santanadeveloper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of notes, or service interruptions.

We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third-party services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to CADERNO if you violate these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. Content stored in your iCloud account remains accessible through other means, as it is managed by Apple.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the developer's residence. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
